Hardship license in Texas?

Question

ok so i'm fourteen,turning 15 in 3 months...i want to know if i'm eligible to get a hardship,my parents are divorced and my mom doesn't live any where near and my dad works.and i was also wanting to know if i can get it online like you can get your actual license online.

I don't think that's grounds for a hardship license.
