Hardware and game problem.?

I have a problem with ram. I have 2x 2gb = 4gb but the system detects that i got only 3gb ... I have Windows Vista. I have a good pc 4gb ram, quad core 2,66ghz, ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2 (witch is 1024 grafik memory but my system says that the dedicated is 512 mb) but i canot play hitman blood money on max fps when at high setings, i got more then the recomended system requirments and it still runs on 30 or less fps on max setings... Im sorry about my bad english.

That is correct. XP 32bit won't register 4gb of ram.

Your problem is that you are running Vista. It has been known to misread memory amounts and therefore only uses what it registers, which may be less than you actually have. If there is any way you can, I would recommend that you switch to XP.
