My laptop is having some issues. It is a Gateway MX8739. It just all of a sudden wouldn't load one day. I tried to dump it but it runs extremely slow and it won't reload windows. I was thinking it was a hardware problem but not 100% sure. I keep getting a message saying that windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer. It goes on to say that this could be caused by unplugging a removable storage device while in use or by faulty hardware. Any help would be appreciated thank you for your time.
