my rugby down there next season.”
The 26-year-old Hickey started his professional Rugby League career in the Australian National Rugby League (NRL). He made his debut for the NRL outfit Canterbury Bulldogs, where he represented them for eight seasons.
Earlier in April this year, Hickey left the Southern Hemisphere to play and compete in the Northern Hemisphere. He joined the Super League outfit Wakefield Wildcats Trinity on a two-year deal. He made eight appearances for the Wildcats in the season, only
to part ways with the club at the end of the 2011 Super League season.
Wakefield Wildcats Trinity is placed at the 13th spot on the 2011 Super League table. Out of their 27 games, in the season, they have won just seven and earned 10 points. The new move for Hickey will place him with a better ranked team and give
