next few months, any ideas on what we can do as i have never been to the area.

apparently there is nothing in harlow except roundabouts, there are some pubs you'd be better off using the place as a stop over and going to chelmsford.  please ignore all the comments about white stilletos, my missus is from essex and hers are beige!

If your friend lives there she probably has a good idea of where to go & what to do, you could always take the train into London
