Harmless pool party prank ideas?

Question

the last party some of my friends and i did the usual squirt gun , water balloon(color dye, and cool aid in the water) ,silly string

but now we dont know what else there is to do.

does anyone have any fun harmless pranks that dont have too much cleaning up 2 do?

put a Baby Ruth candy bar in the pool.  People will think it is doody.  Then, go to a sporting goods store and buy some deer scent. put is in water balloons to throw.  it stinks something aweful.  Inconspicuously tape a large piece of plastic on part of the hard concrete deck.  put water on it and people will slip and fall.  Hillarious, but they may get hurt badly, so watch out for broken bones and skull fractures.

I'm looking for the same thing! At my first pool party, we smashed cookie cake and icing into one guy's face...which resulted in a cookie cake fight...we also did water guns and water balloons at my second pool party. Silly string is off limits because it makes too much of a mess...so I'm looking for something better! =D
