Haro bike broke year warrenty?

i got into a crash with my friend his peg got into my rear rim one spoke is completely torn off other spokes are bent got my bike in early june how does the haro year warrenty go to i take it to the dealership and they fix it or does it need to be shipped to a haro store or will they send me new rim? thank you

Warranty does not cover accidents, you are on your own.

Does it even have a warrenty? Besides its easy to fix spokes...They'll most likely give you a new bike..
