Haro bike rim tire question?

Ok, so i have a haro backtrail x1 and i need to replace the back rim....the tire size is 20*2.25 so do i need to get a rim that is the same size or can i just get a 20*1.75

The rim is the circle that goes along the outside of the spokes, you're better off buying a new wheel or bringing it to a local bike shop to have them replace it.

For a new tire, you can get any size as long as it's 20" in diameter.

No as long as diametre the same, 1.75 should carry it.
