That would depend on a lot of things. 1. Haro doesn't make tires or tubes. You can go to Wal-mart for cheapies, but don't expect much out of these. 2. Tire size. There are lots of different wheel sizes and tire widths. Haro has made a lot of bikes in a bunch of styles. Too many possibilities to get into here. The side wall of the tire should be a good place to start. That will also help you choose the correct size. 3. Quality. Cheap is just that, cheap. For ballpark figure $5 -8 for the tube and $10-30 for the tire depending on what the tire is. Some bike shops will replace them if you buy the pair from them. They might even be able to do it while you wait.
