You'll find racism, sexism and all the other 'isms' anywhere if you make a point of looking for them. Romford and Harold Hill are no different to any other area. It has the usual mix good and bad.

nahhh its not,,well theres racist people in all areas butt naa its not,,altho there is quite alota white ppl but i dnt consider it a racist area in the slightest...areas like bexleyheath and eltham in south east london are but areas closest to east london arnt
