Harrington-Hunter duo set to festoon Redstone Tournament Course
With the Redstone Tournament getting underway from March 28-April 1, the line-up of the event is going to illuminate with the presence of golfers like Padraig Harrington and Hunter Mahan.
Both these golfers hold an excellent record when it comes to performing at Shell Houston Open.
It is important to mention here that Harrington possess an outstanding portfolio when it comes to SHO.
This can further be vindicated from the fact that the Irish golfer has not missed a single Shell event since its inception.
Furthermore, pundits believe that he will be able to deliver an exceptional performance at the event.
The 40-year-old golfer after winning the British Open and PGA Championship in 2007 and 2008, respectively, has testified that he is indeed a surprise package when present in the golf course.
In addition to this, other golfers brightening up the visage of the event include World No. 5 Dustin Johnson, Bill Hass who has recently won Northern Trust Open, Sean O’Hair and Camilo Villegas.
Apart from the inclusion of all these stars, it is also significant to place the portfolio of Mahan under limelight.
The 29-year-old golfer currently ranks 22nd in World Rankings. However, with three PGA Tour wins to his assortment, he has definitely been able to emerge as a strong contender for the championships.
Like Harrington, Mahan has also been a part of SHO since 2004, when it began to launch golf events.
Nevertheless, once done with the underdogs, it is also important to consider the elite tier of golf.
