Harris looking forward to Ashes trip – Cricket News Update
Despite another injury blow, Australian fast bowler, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/RJ-Harris-c2330, is confident of representing his national team in the upcoming Ashes series against England.
After missing the whole of the team’s international home summer, which included bouts against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Western-Australia-c865.
That prompted the selectors to include him in the Ashes trip ahead of the likes of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Harris-c61739 to prove his fitness.
However, his time in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750 was short lived after he suffered an Achilles tendon injury, which further forced him to return back home. The latest injury setback has now put a question mark over his international involvement as the team aims to win back the Ashes. The player, however, is confident of recovering well in time.
Apart from being included in the Ashes squad, Harris, along with http://www.senore.com/Cricket/PM-Siddle-c2197 and Nathan, has been drafted in the Australia A side as well, with the aim of getting accustomed to the English surrounding.
