Harrods exotic animals in the 1960's like big cats

does anyone know where I can find pictures of Wild Animals like lions , other big cats on sale in Harrods in the 1960's?

no - but im guessing your posting this after hearing about christian the lion??

if not do a search on christain the lion on you tube.... amazing - he was a little lion cub that was bought from harrods pet store, riased in a flat in london for a year and then let out into the wild

Nope but i was astounded at finding this out. How many were sold? Where are they now?

Maybe the black panther sometimes spotted in Wales is one of them!!
