Harry Joseph Koogle 04/21/1889 can anyone help on ancestry?

Question

My grandfather was Harry Joseph Koogle, dob 04/22/1889 or 4/21/1889. He was born in Kansas City, MO His WW1 draft card, dated 05/30/17, shows his address as 3806 N. 19th, Omaha, NE. His father William was from Maryland. I have no information on William or anyone in the ancestral line before him.

William married Carrie B. Shannon (who was the daughter of the fifth Mayor of Kansas City, Patrick Shannon) on December 27, 1883 in Jackson County (Kansas City) Missouri. Harry had two sisters, Virginia and Mary.

Wondering if anyone might have information on this branch of the family, especially Williams parents or grandparents, immigration records, etc., or could direct or guide my further research. Any information at all is HIGHLY valued for a family history I'm trying to compile. Thank you all!
