Yeah I read that in a newspaper recently. July 09 now. Producers feel they will make more $$ that way, not competing with Christmas. They will lose their fan following, I feel.

09 unfortuantly. I'm pissed too. I wana give someone a piece of my mind. It's not about having trouble with production or anything cause they said it's already filmed and everything went smoothly, it's just about showing it in theatres during a time of the year when ticket sales are the highest. It's always about money. Now in protest I probably won't go and see it. I'll wait till it comes out on DVD.

It's true. i know its terrible. i'm like a really hugh harry potter fan and i only found out yesterday. around 10 months it will come out. i cant wait that long...............................

the thing that really irks me about all the potter movies is that they aren't long enough! the producers think they can't hold an audience for more than 2, 2 1/2 hours. its ridiculous! lord of the rings was freakin long, heat, gone w/ the wind, just to name a few. please give us more potter. i want to see all the background plots not just a synopisis of the book, blah.

still love them though. its potter after all, but i could do w/ 3 to 4 hours for each instead of a measly 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
