Harry Potter Wand Help?

Okay so my best friend wants an authentic Hermione Granger wand replica for her birthday I have found 2 that look good one Measures 14 inches in length, it also lights up at the tip This replica is made of resin...And one doesnt light up and is 15 inches has anyone bought any of them what did you think...which should I buy?

Lol, anywho... what do they look like? Which was a better 'magical' quality? I would say the second one, as the light seems a little... cheap?
