Question:

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince delay and Entertainment weekly article?

I was surprised to hear about this last week and i've read alot of comments from some very angry fans as well. I have to say I was more pissed off at the Entertainment Weekly article on the movie though. Of what I remember it said that the movie has been whittled down to only 3 flashbacks with Dumbledore and Harry, characters like new Head of the Ministry Rufus Scrimegour have seemingling been cut (no mention of him in the cast on imdb), and overall it just seems like this young cast is ready to move on to other things. The whole thing made me feel a little uneasy about the ending of this series and now I think the delay has more to do with the fact that the studio no longer feels confident that its pleasing the fans. Anyone else get a bad feeling from the article? Anyone else tired of the cuts they're making on this movie. What are your opinions on the previous Harry films? I'd be interested in knowing your thoughts.

  1. The First two movies were Awesome, then the third went bad as did the 4th. The fifth was great (but not better than the 1st 2) and I predict that the sixth will be like the 4th, mediocre, but okay.

I read the article and I agree. I am not looking forward to the sixth because all of the cut-outs. And the seventh is being split into 2 movies! Them unfortunate actors. 7 years is bad enuff, now 8!
