Harry Redknapp wants permanent deals for want-away players
Tottenham’s manager, Harry Redknapp has stated that he is only interested in doing permanent deals for all the want-away players at the club. The manager has gone forth to state this after there were numerous speculations being formed regarding possible
loan deals for the likes of, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-Bentley-c10435 and Niko Kranjcar.
West Ham were reported to looking in to bring Keane on a loan until the end of the season, while Birmingham City were looking to do the same with Bentley.
However, Redknapp has stated that he would rather sell the players, instead of loaning them out. This is because the manager is hoping that the sales of these players would help generate enough funds to bring in some quality signings to the White Hart Lane,
during the same period.
Redknapp is reported to have said:  “Bentley did well at the end of last season. But he obviously wants to go. He’s not happy because he’s not playing and I understand that. Robbie is the same. He’s too good not to play. But if we want to let people go we
need to sell them.”
At the same time, Tottenham are reported to also be weighing up the possible options of offloading http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Niko-Kranjcar-c27926. The midfielder has recently become surplus for the club and a move for the player would be in the best interests for both Tottenham and Kranjcar.
Harry Redknapp has built a reputation for himself over the past for being somewhat of a shrewd person, when it comes to the transfer market. The manager is almost always thinking for a bargain while looking to sell his players at the highest possible price.
As a result the manager has gone on to evaluate Kranjcar at nine million pounds, Keane at five million pounds and Bentley to be worth around five to seven million pounds as well.
It would be somewhat of a shocker if the manager succeeded in making those amounts off those sales. However, being somewhat of a genius it wouldn’t be impossible for him to do so.
Nonetheless what can be said for a fact is that there is going to be a rather healthy change in personals at White Hart Lane in the coming month.
