  1. That was when Dumbledore went to Harry when Harry had spent another night in the room with the Mirror of Erised.

    He said this because Harry had become transfixed upon seeing his family, whom he had never known before and who were all dead, every night.

    Basically, it means that it's okay to have dreams and dream of things, but to not get so caught up in it that you forget the real world and your real life.
