Harvard Question !?

I found these online course offered by Harvard, I wonder how they are accredited,like if I finish these course what degree or certificate do I get ? And are these really mean in regard to finding a better job,etc ?

I checked the link , and all I found were online courses offered by OXFORD, not Harvard. And oh yes, they are accredited and you get a certificate and transcript detailing the credits. They aren't intended for the purposes of official employment, but more so as undergraduate study. You can use these credits to transfer to another program at Oxford.
