Harvest Moon: Magical Melody marriage help (wii)?

Question

First of all, don't give me help on the gamecube version, as I've heard they are totally different games. I have the Nintendo Wii version. I have only just started the game so I have no hearts for any of the girls. So can anybody give me a few tips on how to get hearts and what I need to propose? Any tips on anything else in the game will be great too!

i play the harvest moon in the game wii and i went to marrige but i couldn't i have a boy like him and his hearts is 10 i have a house with level 5 a a bed double but i couldn't marrige iam a fiend with lorad of village with 8 hearts iam in third years but i couldn't marrige what's the problem could any one help me and tell me??!!
