Harvest Moon Magical Melody (marriage)?

Kurt is complete with all hearts filled but nothing is happening. I've heard you have to have a level three house, which I do, and a double bed, which I also have. It's winter, is that a problem? What am I missing?

To get married follow these steps.

Gain 1 heart with Woody,Joe, or Kurt.

Buy the the level 2 house.

Go to the house upgrades and Furnitchure and check if you have enough money to buy the double

bed and level 3 house.

Buy the level 3 house upgrade.

gain 8 hearts with the person you want marry.

Thedore will arrive the next day ,he will say "Go to Mount Moon and climb to the top and get the blue feather". (Or something like that.)

Give the blue to the person you love!

They will accept if they have 8 hearts.

You'll get married the next day!

The requirements for marriage are:

1) Your first house has to be upgraded to Level 3. This option will be available after you have at least one heart with either Woody, Kurt or Joe. The upgrade only fulfils the marriage requirement if you have done it to your first house, not if you have done it to others.

2) You must have purchased the Large Bed from the Workshop (it will be available after you upgrade any of your houses.)

3) You must have at least 30 Musical Notes. You may have more, but 30 is the minimum.

4) You must have a potential spouse at 8 hearts or more.

After all of these requirements are met, the mayor will meet you at your house and invite you to climb Mt. Moon and get the Blue Feather. You will also obtain a Musical Note for doing this.

The requirements for marrying Jamie are different. They are:

1) Your first house has to be upgraded to Level 3. This option will be available after you have at least one heart with either Woody, Kurt or Joe. The upgrade only fulfils the marriage requirement if you have done it to your first house, not if you have done it to others.

2) You must have purchased the Large Bed from the Workshop (it will be available after you upgrade any of your houses.)

3) You must have Jamie at 8 hearts or more.

4) You must have already awakened the Harvest Goddess. (50 Musical Notes are required to awaken her.)

5) You must have at least one baby horse, cow, sheep and chicken.

6) You must have shipped at least one of every crop, not including flowers and herbs.

A marriage to Jamie, unlike other marriages, takes place at the Harvest Goddess Spring.

Note: If you marry Jamie, your game will end! You will be shown a little cutscene about what happens to your family and the village, but you will not be able to continue.

Harvest Moon Magical Melody is a never-ending game, so there is no pressure to marry at any time. You can even choose to remain single for the rest of your game with no penalty.

Nor is it ever too late to propose to someone. If you delay in proposing, your sweetheart may become interested in someone else, but they will never get married and will always accept your proposal if they have enough hearts.
