In harvest moon, you have to unlock the church before you can get married. How do you unlock the church? I know it is in the forest, but how do you unlock it?

If so, you have to make one offering at the Harvest Goddess Pond for Nathan and Alisa to appear. The church will expand once you've increased your friendship with Nathan.
