Harvest moon: Another wonderful life (GC) ?

Question

See how in the game you can go to the city by hooking up a gamboy advance to the gamecube, is there any way i can hook up my ds to the gamcube or even the wii to get to the city?

Is there any wires i can buy?

They don't make connectors for DS to GC. GBAs are about $10-30 depending where you look (try www.craigslist.org and find your local area), so if you don't mind spending a little cash, you can probably get a GBA and GBA to GC connector cable.
