Has, anyone used the site - Solidmerchandising.com to buy a t-shirt? i ordered one but it never came in.?

It's NOT a scam site.  It's a perfectly legitimate site.  You can tell by the URL of the order form... where you committed to making the purchase.  It is a secure ordering site.  You don't say when you ordered the t-shirt.  You don't say if you got a confirmation email that they received your order or if they notified you when it was shipped.  I would imagine you at least got the confirmation email with contact information.  You should be at their site asking them.  I don't have the email, or the shipping confirmatioin that, depending on the method of shipping used, might have tracking information as well.  Did you look at any of those emails? Did you call them/email them?  If you didn't even receive an order confirmation email, then my guess would be that your order wasn't even completed properly.

On their site, in very large type in upper case letters, is the link "CONTACT".  I suggest you start there (instead of here).  The method of shipment is also stated on that page, as well as approximate time of shipment from time of order.  Be sure to give them any required information in your notice that might have been in the confirmation email.

They ship using USPS (US Postal Service), which is a fairly inexpensive, but reasonaly fast method of shipment for small/light weight items.

it looks like a reputable site.  When you google it there's not a bunch of scamming posts made by anyone (once a friend bought a bunch of DVDs from a website and when you googled the name of the website a bunch of hits came back of posts saying how they were scammed and such).  if i were you I would try to contact the company if you haven't already. It may have gotten lost in the mail or your order may have fallen in the cracks.
