Seeing how 2 hurricanes are behind one another i was wondering if something like that is ever possible.

  1. No way - they both move in a counter clockwise rotation, so as they approach each other they will both degrade to the point that neither is viable.


  2. Yes, it can and has happened.  More than once.  It is called the Fujiwara Effect.

  3. It has happened.  Initially they mess each other's cycles up, but then one eye envelops the other.
