Has Andy Murray played Raf Nadal before?

And if so has he ever won? Any close matches? (I am one of those annoying people that watches Wimbledon every year, then doesnt bother for the other 50 weeks of the year and am curious after seeing Murrays amazing display yesterday, if they have any history as opponents?)

Nadal has beaten Murray all 3 times they have played most recently in 2008 on clay. They had a very close match in 2007 Australian Open when Nadal beat Murray in 5 sets.

yes - they played 3x before and the most recent one i think was the Australian Open which  lasted into 5 sets. Murray is leading 2 sets to 1 only to lose the last 2 sets and eventually the match.  The only top ten player that Murray does not want to face is Nadal (in one of the articles I read at atptennis.com).  He said in that interview that he does not want to face Nadal as HE is a good retriever. He can always return most of the shots which other players cant.  I believe NADAL will prevail in 4 sets.
