Has Anyone Recieved a Unemployment Extension Checks in NJ.

Question

Has anyone in the State of New Jersey recieved a unemployment extension check from when it began 07/06/08 ? I have mailed in my claim over 3 weeks ago and have not heard a thing nor can i get through on the phone. Why not just use the website and checks would be going out already like all the other States that have brains.

When My original claim ended, they automatically refiled for me for the extension. It was maybe a week later then usual, but they did send a notice.
