Has Anyone taken the Test for the US Border Patrol and Passed it yet? If so...What are some good pointers and?

things I should look for......I have the study guide they sent me and I study it daily but I am confuseing my self while studying..Is the Test Hard and also what about the physical test...I have no spell check sorry

  1. Yes I have.  Next step is the panel interview with 3 seasoned agents.  They will give you 3 scenarios to test how you think and act with little or no backup if faced with an arrest situation.  It's "what will you do now" questions.  Remember they will try to stump you with every response or solution that you give to resolve the situation.  Think about scenarios such as "you just locked one up, but now you have 12 more, no backup and no more cuffs, what do you do now?"


  2. The test was easy for me. First off its common sense questions and minor criminal justice questions. I wont spoil the whle process but the most important part of the test is if you decide to take the Spanish test or the invented language portion. I personally prefer the spanish test as the questions are about very basic Spanish. As far as the fitness tests , its 15 or more pushups in a min, 15 or more situps in a min , and the dreaded step test! Work on your cardio.
