  1. Yes.

    Often.

    There is, every year just enough water for the growing needs of the metropolis, but come a hot summer (perhaps on an average of every 5 to 7 years, there is a shortfall.

    Forward planning - I mean more than just a year or to into the future, has been lacking since Robbie was Mayor.


  2. Yup. I remember there was one in 1995/1996 ish. Water drought due to not enough water (obviously).

    Were encouraged not to water the garden, limit water used while brushing your teeth etc etc etc...
