helicopters are more difficult to produce than lowcost electronics and poisonous toys. Let alone the fact you need your own RESEARCH before you attempt to produce one.

i think that they have some but not a lot.

Looks like they're developing one... (the Z-10)

I know that Taiwan has the largest military helicopter force on the planet... wouldn't surprise me that they'll want to start building their own instead of importing 'em.
