  1. It will be up to the people to stop illegal immigration by putting constant pressure on your Representatives. Join thousands of others and go to NumbersUSA. They make it extremely easy to contact your Representatives with one click free faxes.

This is the group along with the aid of citizens that has stopped every attempt at passing amnesty. Pass it on to everyone in your address book!

  2. How do you talk about a problem that has no solution?

  3. eye can relly relate y

  4. Obama has said he will give them amnesty, give them drivers licenses, benefits, places to live, and OH WE HAD BETTER TEACH OUR CHILDREN TO SPEAK SPANISH.  Did you miss that speech???

  5. Both sides have talked it to deqath-people got tired of hearing about it--no one realy cared anyway--made good press

  6. I am sure they will address the situation soon!!!

  7. They basically have the same stand,a path to citizenship.

  8. Both candidates have indicated that they plan to do nothing about illegal immigration.  Bush went so far as to give a speech in Mexico City stating that he would like to bring more in, I guess as long as they left peaceably.

  9. I haven't heard anything on that yet. It has me worried. I like most things about McCain, but his stance on immigration is just wrong.

    Sheriff Joe should run!!!

  10. I did hear that the Republican platform does have some pretty strong ideas about taking on sanctuary cities: denying federal funding for cities that do not report illegal immigrants convicted of crimes to the federal authorities for deportation.

I have not heard anything about it on the Democrat side.

Neither candidate has made too much mention of it in speeches, as far as I can see.

  11. Unfortunately this has been one of McCain's weak points.  Hopefully he realizes people are getting killed by our own citizens quite enough that we don't need a bunch of people who aren't supposed to be here doing it for us!

  12. Teresa is right, there's no difference really.

Except that McCain is a leader in immigration reform and crosses party lines to work on it.  Obama just supports the bills.

  13. Last time immigration came up, McCain nearly lost the republican primary. I don't expect you'll be hearing much about the issue until the debates.

Poor Lou Dobbs must be worried about his career.
