  1. It looks that way. He's lost both Major finals he's been in this year, won only two small tournaments, and is losing to an ever growing assortment of players, many of whom he had previously had a winning record against. So, yah, it does look bad.

However, that doesn't mean he can't come back. His problems seem to be mental and not physical so there's hope. If he can rediscover his old level of motivation, get some wins under his belt and gain some much-needed confidence, then he can rebound. Maybe a change of coach would help too. Higueras did a great job for Courier but he was a very different player to Roger. Maybe a savvy tactician like Brad Gilbert would be a good pick.

  2. I told you all 3 months back!!

  3. yes he has i personally think hes too old.

  4. i am sure now, he should retire

  5. I won't say that he has completely lost it. Most of his poor form in the last couple months is due to a mental problem. If he can get a couple solid wins under his belt and perhaps win a tournament here and there, he will be right back to his old self. His recent losses, though uncharacteristic from what we have grown to expect from him, still isn't all that bad. It's not like his opponent's are completely blowing him off the court. That says a lot!!! If he was losing matches 6-0, 6-0 or even 6-3, 6-1, then you can safely say he has lost it. But that isn't happening.

I would like to see what happens in the early months of next season when Nadal is number one and then later in the season has a lot more ranking points to defend. Getting to number can sometimes be viewed as the easy part. Staying number one for a long time is the difficult part!!! If Roger doesn’t seizes on that opportunity next year when Nadal will not just be trying to win matches and tournaments, but trying to defend his number one raking as well, and Roger continues to slip, then you can safely say he has lost it!!!

  6. no no.it's not possible my frnd.he is the all time best & remains.surely.

  7. i think its more of a mental thing, out of the 3 grand slams he made the finals in each of them this year but just lost and the wimbleton was a heartbreaker. There is more pressure on him becuase he lost the number 1 seed but next year he gets to be the hunter and not the hunted

  8. yes, he lost again,  this is very sad he will be the best.

  9. yes

  10. He didn't lose in the semis at RG, he made it to the final, although he got beaten really badly.

I hope he hasn't lost it, he is one of my favourite players.
