Global Cooling and Climate Cycles

The exploitation of climate science for purely political goals has been occurring throughout the developed world for years. Not long ago, in the 1970s and 80s, many "climate experts" claimed certainty and consensus about global cooling. However, there is nothing especially unusual about the current weather and climate changes. In fact it is generally within long-term normal patterns.

Carbon Dioxide .....dangerous?

Humans add to the green house gas concentration by exhaling, harvesting plants, and generating and releasing energy for our homes, cars, factories, etc. All of these actions involve hydrocarbons such as petroleum, coal, and natural gas. Carbon dioxide is not a byproduct or a pollutant but the intended result of energy production. The more efficiently one combusts hydrocarbon, the more CO2 one produces. For this reason, those who are that "energy efficiency" is the solution to global warming are wrong.

Tax Increases

Killing Our Economy?

You can empower yourself by engaging in a search for truth and trying to absorb the facts, even though many of the issues are complex and hard to assimulate.

Or you can cite youtube and wikipedia and remain behind while the world marches forward toward viable solutions.  

I take it very seriously.  I'm funny about calamities that way.  I love my grandson dearly, and want him to know that his family chose to educate themselves and work towards reducing their own ecological footprints.  That we elected to research and discover information that would empower us.  That we supported agencies and nations being proactive in trying to achieve solutions.

I'm trying to be as serious as I need to be.  Most of the climate scientists, most of the nations on the planet agree that global climate change is a disaster in the making, and change must be had or life as we know it will change dramatically in the decades to come.

The message has been preached so thoroughly to children, they now mistake the transition from Winter to Spring as global warming.  Long after AGW is debunked, an entire generation of people will continue to believe man is responsible for natural cycles and climate changes.

Not quite yet.  I bet this so-called "global warming" will go strong for about 2 more years.  After that the 2012 scare that the world is coming to an end will pick up and "global warming" will be forgotten.

In 2012 the Mayans, the Bible Code, Nostradamus, and the Babylons all have predicted the end of man on Earth.

Movies will be made, books will be written, CNN will report this as real events, and the people who are gullible enough to believe in the "global warming" scam will fall for the end of the Earth scam just as they were sucked into the Y2K scam.  These people are very impressionable by what authority figures tell them.

Once the end of the earth scare grabs hold, news outlets will find it hard to talk about "global warming" when it's -40 degrees outside.  "Global warming" will then soon die in a whimper and today's believers will deny they thought it was real just like you can't find anyone today who thought Y2K was going to be a disaster.
