Has Hyd Sec'bad benefited from YSR's govt.,, or was it better off during Naidu's reign ? How do locals feel?

This is not a political survey. Please feel free to reply. The development of metro and the concentration of wealth and amenities in cities coupled with the total neglect of villages is the outcome of which rule? Congress or TD? Does any body share my feeling that the state was better of during NTR's and Naidu's time.

I feel naidu did things better, reddy is not that much capable to handle the demands of his state.............

only their priorities in development have changed congress no better  than TDP in city or villages. state wasbetter during first term of TDP.
