Present Indian batting line-up is very strong.They score runs quickly.On the other hand Pakistan's present bowling line-up is not that good.They lack quality spinners and fast bowlers don't bowl accurately.

Pakistan is not poor in the bowling department. I think India's batting has gone super strong. Sehwag is just blitzing! Man! Just wait until Dhoni and Yuvraj come back in form, that when you will see the real crushing.

Yes.That was really great.A great win for India,300 didn't even look like hard at all.This is just proved how strong is the Indian batting line up.Pakistan bowling line up is not really weak,its ok but Indian batting line up is too strong,Yesterday just proved who we are!

Pakistan's administration does not realise talent or they do not nurture it.

Take the case of Abdur Rauf. He got one match, bowled 52 balls, conceded just 45 runs and took 3 wickets. After that he was dropped from ODI team. In ODIs if some one can get 2 wickets per match on an average it is great. the best ODI bowler Shane Bond got about 1.8 wickets per match.

Another bowler is Wahab Riaz. He got 4 matches, bowled 187 balls, conceded 150 runs and took 9 wickets. Is it a small performance, warranting removal of this bowler from ODI team ?

Shaoaib Akhtar not being there is a problem for Pakistan's ODI bowling effort. His attitude is absolutely negative which does not justify his talent.

Shahid Afridi is a good bowler. Even though he may not click in every match, he is a good cricketing material. But his thinking is wrong. The way he scratched the pitch is bad,   ruffian and rowdy behaviour. He lacks finesse and class to be there amongst the best people.

Umar Gul is an excellent performer. His not being there in the match was the real reason why India could win the match.

Iftkhar Anjum and Mohd. Sami are at one level as of now. Good in parts.

Sohail Khan, Danish Kaneria and Sohail Tanvir are the next level of bowlers.

Mohd. Asif, Mohd. Hafeez and Kamran Hussain are not very consistent.

The other bowlers like Abdur Rehman, Shoaib Malik, Fawad Alam, Naved-ul-Hasan, Abdul Razzaq, Najaf Shah, Azhar Mahmood, Yasir Arafat do not matter now.

In the first 13+ overs, Pakistan did not even take off. So they lost about 80 balls. That was a lot.

Whereas the Indians scored right away. This is enough proof that India has a strong batting team.

Then Pakistan made those 300 runs and the Pakistan commentators and specially Wasim said he just did not think India would be able to chase it! He was proved wrong. So were so many on this section.

Indian batting is formidable just now.No two opinions about it.

As for Pakistan bowling. They do lack there. The Pak Captain admitted it. So it was both.

As for bowling, it was miserable.

i think indian batting order is much more stronger than the pakistani bowling attack plus gul's injury was a big blow cos they had 2 operate with only 4 specialist bowlers

IPL T 20 matches identified talents in Indian cricket who are now used in ODI.  Indian team is full of youth who show their form in this series.  Shewag has back to form now and leads the batting strongly

The pitch in which the match was played was not at all helpful to the bowlers.  At one stage, I thought Pakistan will score around 350 runs as they had lost only 1 wicket till 40th over.  However, they failed to capitalise on the advantage and Indian bowlers succeeded in restricting them to 299 runs.

When India batted, Umar Gul had to retire after bowling 1.2overs.  Though they got early wicket of Gautam Gambhir. Virender Sehwag and Suresh Raina batted magnificiently and took the match out of Pakistan's control.  

In nutshell, India outplayed Pakistan and avenged the earlier defeat.

India's batting line up is perhaps the strongest in the world but I'm afraid that Indian bowling line up is not dependable at all. Pakistan played very well but it was all Indian batting that did the trick and Pakistan had no answer.

This is by far the worst pakistani bowling attack since the 60s.

With ASIF and AKTHAR it is a quality fast bowling line up, but they aint there.

When Sehwag gets on a roll, then it make any bowling attack look weak. This indian side is doing really well, even though the inexperinced bowling is a worry, but when Bhaji, zaheer and Sreesanth come back, it will become very potent.

And the batting will become twice as strong when Sachin Tendulkar comes back, along with the Irfran Pathan.

This Indian side is very strong.
