Sarah Palin for Vice President of the United States? I actually thought it was a joke when I first hear the news. It's obvious that John McCain thinks this will help him claim some of Hillary Clinton's supporters. It's also obvious that he is insulting the intelligence of them. The McCain camp constantly try to use Barack Obama's lack of experience against him. Just ook at Palin's resume... What was John McCain thinking? I think that his selections proves he lacks the judgement to be President and is quite possibly delusional.

  1. Gov. Palin is a great choice. She has a proven record as Governor of Alaska and a broad range of experience. Instead of judging someone by the media, research the person before making a conclusion. She has more experience then Obama and I'm sure has no association with a radical home-grown terrorist.

  2. Her resume is better than Obama's. Being a governor of a state is like running a small country. States mimic the federal government (per the U.S. Constitution).

She has an over 80% approval rating and she fixed the state's budget deficit. She  is also endorsed by other governors.

  3. I'm still trying to find the logic in his decision.  This Palin must have some dirt on McCain because i see no other reason for him picking her over more experienced candidates.

  4. Yes.  Purely a political move.  It's a huge insult to women, in my opinion.

And to some previous guy - her resume is NOT better than Obama's.  That is a pathetic argument.  EXECUTIVE experience, maybe.  But on that she is more qualified than John McCain too, so it's not a usable argument.

  5. Is America a chessboard where John McCain must risk it all to win at any cost?

Sarah Palin sounds like a good person. I only ask at what point did she had aspirations to be READY as president of the USA. At least Obama put USA first as someone who can step in at a moments notice. McCain attack Obama for his inexperiences and bad judgments. McCain has put America at risk and I will not stand for it, if McCain should wins and god forsake something happens to him, I sure hope that the risk that YOU have made was a wise decision out of your faulty ones. I sure hope that RUSSIA does not attack anyone else...Lastly I do not want my children to be at risk because we have to put faith in your DECISION. I heard that she was at the Bottom of the list and for some reason jumped to the top really quickly. You must know something about her or know her very well...

  6. He certainly got peoples attention. 3 million dollars raised since the announcement. Awww the power of a woman!

  7. You are out of the loop. Could you be A MAN?

Women have been disenfranchised forever and ever. Hillary gave us hope, even those who are not Democrats.

Palin is a checkmate, my friend. McCain's strategy is brilliant and he will win.

  8. McCain made a fundamental miscalculation but for a different reason. He felt he had to solidify arch conservative support. My opinion is McCain needed to bring support from moderates which is a must for getting Ohio and Virginia. Now, McCain will get neither state and Obama will get 300 EV's.

  9. well he is getting old.  he could start suffering from some form of dementia.

  10. You obviously know nothing about her or how many actually think she's a great pick. It's even being said she will get him the presidency so I don't think he's lost his mind, even the democrats have said it was a smart move.

  11. He's nuts for trying to pander to Hillary supporters.

He picked a far-right con that they'll never go for - they hate women like her.

  12. Yes he has lost his mind.

  13. Sour grapes much?  She is brilliant.
