ive had enough of this c**p about well kobe isnt even playing the best d on the u.s team, wades got more steals, lebrons got more blocks.who cares?

bottom line kobe gaurds the best opposing perimiter defender

and one thing wade and lebron dont do in the NBA is bust their backs on the defensive end, where as KOBE DOES.

In fact he went 4 for 23, we all know that the 3 point line is shorter compare to the NBA level, and because of that, even a great player like Kobe may not adjust to that yet.  But I believe that he will be the player of the game when the US play Spain tomorrow.  Where he will guard what we call the Triple PF, in which he could blow by you, get physical and dominate in the paint against anybody.  Tough match for Kobe but I think he will come through with his great offensive skill and quickness on the other end.
