I think it is either your blower not support the format or you may have to check your firewall setting.

It's working for me. I just tried a minute ago. I use this site all the time and was scared when you said it was vlocked. Check again and if not check your firewall to see if that is blocking it or maybe there are parental controls set up on your computer?
