Has Max Kellerman ever had a fight?

Can this guy be taken seriously? He just doesn't look like the kind of man to be giving opinions on boxing. For example, he all but accused Jose Luis Castillo of quitting against Ricky Hatton. He looks and sounds like he should be giving advice on how to restore your hard drive.

I Like Max.  I think a lot of people are so used to crochety old guys that they cant get used to a young man like Max.  He just happens to know a lot about boxing.  I see a few people here who could be like Max.  He just happens to be the one with the job and he seems to like it much.  That is what makes him good at what he does.

I think he deserves a lot of credit.  He was given the job over many older people because he's good at what he does.  I like Larry Merchant too but he's 4 days older than God.  He has to retire sometime.  

Max is a good replacement. I think he works well with Jim Lampley,  whom I like MUCH better than his predicessor, Barry "The Kermit" Thompkins.

Tompkins.  What a joke.  Who can forget his poor commentation of one of the greatest fights in history,  Leonard-Hearns 1?   Iisten to Howard Cosell's version and it gives me a headache to listen to Thompkins.  

"Hearns is hurt,  Hearns is hurt.  walla walla walla walla .  You cant even understand what he's saying.  Its no wonder HBO fired him.  

Jim and Max are a good team.  Larry was good too but he's older than Yoda.

Yeah! With his mouth!!  He is a loud obnoxious person who screams at the audience and berates most fighters. Listen to Lennox Lewis, a true class champ and gentleman, he never berates fighters, as he is one himself. He truly knows about  heart and toughness,and what it takes just to step into the ring!!  Kellerman is a mouth bully.

Max Kellerman got the HBO job due to his uncanny ability to unhinge his lower jaw and swallow things bigger than his actual body.  He has absolutely no prior qualifications other than the ability to restrict his gaging reflex while performing.  He is without a doubt the worst boxing commentator in the history of the sport, and a complete disgrace to HBO.   Kellerman must have sucked the intelligence right out of Seth Abramham (or who ever hired him at HBO).  Kellerman is pitiful, but hey, I don't have the influence at HBO needed to stop this travesty.  I am honestly considering un-subscribing from HBO out of disgust, the guy single handedly is ruining HBO boxing.

In answer to your question, the little weasel fights for air every time he opens his mouth, but he never laced up the gloves.

Yeah, he's never fought whatsoever. He's just so full of it, he just has like 3 or 4 boxers that he kisses up to and you can tell his bias from a mile away. Still, I dislike Jim Lampley more.
