If not, does that mean that he hasn't had any "actual responsibilities" as Sarah Palin said about Obama???

NO. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets the VP nomination and she's suddenly the presidential nominee. After all, she has more experience. And a better public speaker.

The Republicans are so busy trying to knock Obama's experince that they don't understand that everything they say in terms of Sarah Palin having more experience applies to McCain as well.

He's been a Senator for two full terms and he also was a Representative for two terms. He has a lot more experience than Obama any day. Obama has not served "ONE" full term as Senator, not one. McCain has had responsibilities, stop trying to split hairs because Obama just doesn't cut the mustard, PERIOD!
