Has the sports brand's decision to stand by their man hurt the company from a financial point of view?

  1. I think it was more likely to cost Nike if they dissolved their association with Tiger Woods.

I won't be having anything to do with Gillette or Accenture as I regard their response as hypocritical.

When David Beckham and Wayne Rooney cheated on their partners I did not hear of any of them being penalised by any of their sponsors.

Feel free to tell me why Tiger Woods should be treated any differently to Beckham or Rooney.

Nope, the company has just announced that its third-quarter revenues were up 7% and that it earned $4.73 billion of revenue, and that its sales in the golf division have hardly changed in the weeks since Woods fall from grace.
