He selected Biden so that some body could talk up to the Republicans level. He himself was not able to fall so low.

The funny thing is Biden agrees with McCain on more issues.  He will have to change his mind (like libs do) and the RNC will tear him up.....the only way Obama could have won, was to pick Hillary as a running mate.

No one really knows Biden yet.  I do.  I lived in Delaware for 8 years.

Choosing Biden for his running mate shows clearly that he is running scared and, par for the course, ready to "throw out the baby with the bath water" by choosing the ultimate DC insider!  Biden also speaks out of both sides of his mouth.  Only a few months ago, he was adamant that he would not consider a VP role; now, where did I leave my flip flops? Oh, yeah, at the Dem party headquarters!

You couldn't have said it better. By picking Biden it blows obama's "change" message completely out of the water. It's just another example of how phony Obama is and his lame message of change and hope.

I think it was a brilliant choice.

Not only does he have experience (unlike Cheney), but maybe he'll talk enough to where Republicans will just learn to shut the h**l up.
