  1. I agree with joe fink, and I can tell you that when I was baptized, I was given no written record, and I believe a lot of Protestant sects operate that way.  There was a question the other day that mentioned an article he wrote as a second year law student, but since these articles are always published anonymously, it's unlikely that you can find it or prove that it was his.  His Columbia and Harvard records are a matter of public record and can be obtained just the way any employer would.  Have you got any evidence to show that he didn't attend there or got his degree without a thesis, not that one was required in his field?

  2. Did Bush?  Prison record, psychiatric assessment, credit score can he even spell Thesis!  But I bet he knows how to STEAL an election!

  3. I haven't seen any

  4. Obama has published no work in the field of legal scholarship.  That would be an accomplishment.  Obama has no accomplishments.

  5. To: The Earth, actually they are not.  Obama's university has blocked his thesis.  They will not release it until after the election is over.  He won't release anything that could discredit him in any way.  Frankly I don't need to see any of these documents.  I already know what I need to.

  6. And just why do you feel the need to see those records?

Many of us are still waiting to see the records that little georgie bush had sanitized and placed in a vault in Texass over eight years ago.

  7. They are all available in any college library in the country. Why would he be asked to produce PUBLISHED articles. I do not get your question. They are copyrighted and you have to pay the publisher to read them. They cannot be published on the internet.

He was the editor of the Harvard Law review so all of the articles during that time are his.

I do not have my record of baptism. I do not know if there even is such a thing.

He has a JD so there would not be a thesis. In fact, I have an MBA, and BSBA and have never written a thesis.

His transcript has widely been reported on, but those that paid to see it only reported its results, and did not publish pictures.

Edit: I apologize his thesis for his undergraduate work is available on my University library. It is copyrighted and cannot be legally put on the internet. You have to pay to see it.

  8. His law review articles aren't his to publish. They belong to Harvard (in the case of any notes he wrote as a student) and whatever journal's published them during his career as a law professor. They are, however, available from westlaw and lexisnexis and any law library. As for his columbia thesis paper, it would be available from the Columbia University library. I don't know why you'd want to see his baptism record. As a jew, I don't know anything about how those records are kept. I presume the church keeps them and I don't know under what authority (their's or Obama's) they would release them.

EDIT: I know doing that research is a bit tricky, so I'll see which, if any, I can find online. It would have been easier if my student lexisnexis and westlaw accounts hadn't expired when I graduated law school.

EDIT: As is not uncommon with undergaduate theses, especially written 25 years ago, Obama's thesis is lost. Columbia searched through old boxes, Obama's people searched through his old files and those few people who used to have a copy looked for them as well. Nobody has it. That doesn't surprise me, I imaging my thesis would be tough to find too and I only wrote it 5 years ago. The only record I could find of it's contents is as follows:

So we turned for answers to the former professor who graded the now-elusive paper. His former professor, Michael Baron, recalled in an interview with NBC News that Obama easily aced the year-long class. Baron described the paper as a “thesis” or “senior thesis” in several interviews, and said that Obama spent a year working on it. Baron recalls that the topic was nuclear negotiations with the Soviet Union.

“My recollection is that the paper was an analysis of the evolution of the arms reduction negotiations between the Soviet Union and the United States,” Baron said in an e-mail. “At that time, a hot topic in foreign policy circles was finding a way in which each country could safely reduce the large arsenal of nuclear weapons pointed at the other … For U.S. policy makers in both political parties, the aim was not disarmament, but achieving deep reductions in the Soviet nuclear arsenal and keeping a substantial and permanent American advantage. As I remember it, the paper was about those negotiations, their tactics and chances for success. Barack got an A.”

Baron said that, even if he could find a copy of the paper, it would likely disappoint Obama’s critics. “The course was not a polemical course, it was a course in decision making and how decisions got made,” he said. “None of the papers in the class were controversial.”

As for his law review articles, without access to the to lexisnexis or westlaw, I would have to go to a law library to find any law articles or notes he wrote as a student or as a professor. Those should be around and I'm guessing they are not terribly contraversial or they would be plastered all over the media.

  9. Nope he hasn't made any valuable accomplisment has a lawyer or a  senator. well he was there. so i guess you could call that an accomplishment
