Has Obama really reconstructed Pergemons Alter for his speech?

Hitler built an exact copy of Pergamons Alter and used it as his pulpit. I heard a rumor that Obama is doing the same thing.

In case you don't know, Pergamon's Alter is referenced as the seat of Satan in Revelation 2:13
