Yes, he's been to games in Chicago, Washington, and Dallas (at least)

He has seen games in Montreal as a guest of Jean Cretien and Ottawa as a guest of Stephen Harper in the last few years.

I can't imagine him at a hockey game as there are non-US born people talking trash in other languages.

seeing as he's from texas, my gut wants to say no, he could care less.  but i'm sure someone dragged ol' j dub to a game in washington one or twice.
