Yes they have! The rankings were supposed to change today, and he got 400 points for winning gold.

last week rafa had 6300 points, and this week he's got 6700 (400 for the olympics)

I am pretty sure that the Olympics did not affect him in any way regarding his ATP point standing,but it was actually due to the smaller tournaments like Cincinnati and the other Masters that boosted him up.
