  1. Nope.  Times a comin when the USSR will rise again.  And the left is going to elect someone who will pussyfoot around the issue.

  2. Nobody can tell the U.S. what to do around the world or in other countries so why should the Russians listen to the U.S. It is just hypocracy.

  3. russian promised then signed agreement then again promised but they aren't going to pull back even today...

    STOP RUSSIA!!!

  4. They will be replaced by peace keepers i.e. they will change their cap badges.

  5. The Russian military has been allowed to get its toys out of the toy-box, the neighbours have complained about the noise, the Russian Government is now trying to persuade their kids to put them away.

It may take some time to agree what "them" and "away" mean.

"Aw Mommy can't I just keep this little army group in Ossetia until bed-time?"

"I don't think the neighbours will be very happy with that, Junior!"

  6. It seems that some in the government and the military want to get rid of the Georgian president and take over Georgia again (give them a chance and all former USSR states would be back under their power again) I suppose that they will eventually pull out of Georgia but will they leave the two areas they now have under their control, well that's another question.

Maybe a bit of economic leverage could be used but Westen Company's can't wait to get in their and make money (same in China) and as long as ther's money to be made the west will sit on their hands until it's too late as usual.
