  1. Not yet, but I think that they are just testing the water. Frankly, the negotiations have not been very severe. I think that if they wanted to the Russians could easily take all of Georgia and no one would do anyhting to stop it.

  2. Russia knows better than that. They know that if they did anything else as stupid as what happen to Georgia, that they would put in check by the rest of the world. Europe,U.S, the Untied Nations in general would put them in there place.

  3. They aren't exactly sneaking around about it like America is, I think the rest of the world understand it is not wise to mess with Russia. America will find out the wrong way if they keep popping up uninvited.

  4. Russia is a large and powerful nation with enormous natural resources and as such could certainly present a threat to its neighbors.Fortunately Russia appears to be a fairly benevolent country and has little history of outward aggression. The U.S. paranoia about Russia is based on propoganda from the cold war when the U.S. was terrified that Russian communism was setting a bad example to the world because it might start people wanting governements that serve the majority. The U.S. spent much of the 1980s crushing democratically elected communist governements in South America during the Reganite blood bath. Certainly Russia will present a greater threat than Iran as Iran presents no threat whatsoever. The U.S is about to launch a terrorist war against Iran for the sole reason that Iran refuses to price its oil in dollars thus propping up the defunct U.S. economy. The only threat to world peace, security and stability worth a mention now is the U.S.

  5. Rissia is not threating the world.

The greater threat to the world than terrorists is the US.

US sponsored and supported the Georgia, which broke peace by killing peacekeepers and 2000 civilians in S.Ossetia.

  6. No.

  7. Not to the world but certainly a menace to the region especially former soviet republics.

Terrorists still a greater threat with Iran pursuing nukes tightly linked.
