Has Tech N9ne (the rapper) killed anyone?

he has implied in many of his songs that he has killed or is a killer. ex. suicide letters he mentions he should be killed or more will die or somethin like that. im just wonderin if he was a gangster earlier in his youth. Plus why would he use the name Tech N9ne if he hasn't even touched one. well im just confused

relay? r u retarded in suicide letters he says he feels like he should be dead or kill that's kinda obvious why else would he even think about killing himself. and his name has NOTHING to do with the gun Tech means technically  and represents the number of completion so hes technically complete

Tech n9ne as far as i know has not or at least if he has he hasnt gotten caught. And the name doesnt have anything to do with killing someone!  Its about his skills and his quick raps!
